Scheduling is a calendar, not a growth strategy

Pick a time because you thought of the post now. Do not expect the clock to fix the sentence.

I used to believe that posting at 9am on Tuesday was a strategy. Then I watched enough "best time to post" charts contradict each other that I stopped treating the clock as a growth lever. One chart loves lunch. The next loves 7pm. All of them love the idea that you were leaving reach on the table by writing when you actually had the thought.

Scheduling is useful for a simpler reason. You thought of the post on Sunday night. Your audience is not around. Tuesday-you should not have to remember. That is a calendar. It is not a hack.

Official APIs, no secret boost

PostBroadcaster publishes through official APIs, the same way other schedulers do. I will not claim a secret reach boost. If a platform throttles API posts, you will feel it here too. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling the feeling of control.

I put this on the FAQ because people ask, and because the honest answer is shorter than a landing-page paragraph about proprietary send windows. We send when you asked us to send. The network decides what happens next.

The product side of this is unglamorous. Pick a time. See it on the calendar. Edit it before it goes out. If you want it now, send it now. The scheduled path and the publish-now path are the same composer. I did not want a schedule product with a different set of rules, a different set of accounts, or a different idea of what a caption is.

The queue will not save a bad week

If scheduling becomes a way to batch a week of posts you do not actually want to stand behind, skip it. Queueing garbage still publishes garbage. The clock will not fix the sentence.

I still schedule. I schedule things that are true on Tuesday: a shipping note, a link to a post I already wrote, a reminder I would otherwise forget. I do not schedule a personality. If I am going to be sharp or specific, I would rather be at the keyboard.

Use the calendar as memory. Do not use it as a content factory. The feature is there so the thought you had at the wrong hour can still leave at a decent one, in the same form you would have hit send on if you had been awake.
